International Users, did it disappeared with the new formatting or had it long-gone disappeared? Reason?

It appears that it was removed, however, only the Moderators/Admins would know exactly as to why it was removed. However, it had been there for a long time & many people had submitted the needed translations in it.

It was removed late August/early September, but there's been no reason given as to why it was removed.
