Alright, so I just got home from school, and I was about to log on to my AQW account, Stephen0709, and it's not letting me! I always log onto it, and I never forget my password. I know I didn't give my password away either. I never fall for free AC scams and I never try to trade my account. I know my account wasn't deleted either. Here is my char page.

If any AQW moderator could PM me my password or email, i'd really appreciate it.

EDIT: I don't know what is going on, but I can't get on my email either!

Edit : If you can't get on your email then somebody has gained access to your accounts. You may have a keylogger on your computer. You should run an anti virus program that can detect keyloggers.

Try ThreatFire and/or Windows Defender. Though if I were you I would just get both. You can Google them and you'll get a download link.

I got both, but they both said my computer was safe after the scan. Is there any way I can get my password back without using my email? My email isn't working either and I don't have too many options left.

Do you use Yahoo? If so, you should have a backup account. I think Gmail also has a backup account or lost password thing so try using that to get your email back.

I'm a member, but I can't get the payment id because the id was on my email that i can't log into, so I guess non-member for now.

Information needed:
Account Name
Account Email Address that you used for sign-up

1. Go to the Webform for recovering your account: Account Hacked/Stolen/Lost Webform
2. Enter your Account User Name and your email address from sign-up.
3. Choose payment type or put Free Player if you are a non-member.
4. Put in if your account was Hacked/Lost/Stolen or if you gave your password to someone. Do not put the hacker's email in there. Only put your email address.

After you submit the web form email to us, it can take up to 3 business days to receive a response. Do not send another email unless it has been 4 business days. Sending multiple emails will not get you help any faster.

When your account has been reset, we will send you an email to the email address you put into the web form.

Oops... I didn't see that. I just searched for hotmail password help and it says something about a secret question and a backup email. If you have one, try using it.

Alright. I think I see what the problem is with my email. I think it was deleted. It says invalid email adress when i try to reset it, and i know it is the right email because I use it all the time to log onto facebook. What can I do?

Maybe you could try contacting MSN for help. That way you can figure out if it is a problem with your email or not.

Ok thanks for the help. I'll try that. I just have no idea why I can't log onto my AQW account. I got on it almost EVERY DAY, and I never give my password away.

I don't think there's any way to do that, but don't count on it. Wait for a Mod to answer this.

Ok new problem :/ I finally got my email account back. I got deleted somehow, but there's a new problem. My AQW account was never put on that email. Do you know how I can find out the email for my AQW account?

That's... scary? No, I think the hacker changed your email. But do you have the transaction id now? Or is it the email you signed up with? If it is, use the link I gave you above.

YES! I GOT IT BACK! I FOUND MY PAYMENT CODE IN MY EMAIL. SOMEHOW I WAS HACKED! None of my items were deleted either!
