I'd love to see dismembering shoulders, but it probably won't happen, given the Pirate/Davy's/Jones' Muskets.

CT is the first SCMM I've ever sold.
Even my level 24 Strider I still keep.

Awesome looks do not mean awesome power.

It is not good.

Also, I have a theory, which has been proven right quite a lot.

If a picture of a mecha is released before the mecha is, and the majority of players think the mechas look good, then the mecha will suck.

Proven right with the DWA, StP, this one, CAL, and lots more.

Does not count if it gets buffed after it is released.

I know looks don't mean power....I just like it when something looks really cool.
CT looked just average to me, well drawn, just didn't like it's style.

@glaisaurus This is probably one of the first balanced SCMM! It is a mix of Defense and Offense
Nerfs damage and accuracy Stuns Does criticals Does lots of DoT
I'm never selling this mech! *will I sell any?*

By balanced, do you mean, not OP, or mix of defense and offense?

Because there have been SCMMs which are both, and are better than this.

I already have the psychic wing, and the mogloween edition V-hunter.

Both are also not that good.

The BC is good though.

I have lots of rare healing builds though.

Weak does not equal balanced to me.
For me, balance is this:Average but still one area of focus the mech can really do well in.
That's the problem with random mechs(works for the Mohawk because he's really strong...), if they're weak, they probably WILL lose.

The Skysplitter is an average but decent mech. Nothing more, nothing less, and it will guarantee a win on Easy as long as it's not on a mech-specific Planet like Necryptos (Yokai might almost be an exception as well, but I've won with it there, so...).

It's about as general and basic and average an SCM can get. You have to admit though, it's design and animations are pretty good for something that probably was all Korin's work.

Personally, I'd say Warbear or Mohawk for 1st place on the pure power scale for SCMs, since both do have some of the highest-damage defaults of any mech, with the closest being Sepulchure (before or after Special Rates are Increased).

The Mohawk edges out the Warbear due to it being more flexible overall. But as I said previously, if I there's something I dislike strongly, I will refuse the mech even if it was one of the most powerful mechs available to a player. As much as I liked most of the Mohawk's design and equipment, the Body attack, the one thing that couldn't be replaced, has the most ridiculous Body attack, and I found it to be an insult to the mech honestly. Because really, all these awesome and powerful attacks, suddenly finished off with a twinkletoe rock grab?

First, HellSoarer, I'm gonna say Mohawk too. I'm probably the biggest Mohawk mech fan there is.
But I still agree so much with this quote. The animation doesn't bother me(too much, it's still kinda lame) but the odd rock does.
They have normally drawn rocks yet they use THAT one?
In my opinion, he should stomp and make an earthquake of sorts.
Or shoot lightning and stun them...

I also wonder why it's head and body are so weak when compared to other SCMMs, but then again, if the Mohawk could reach 60 boosts, it'd be WAY too good.

Continuing from a short discussion in the recent SCM thread:

Or in December's case, another Ice-themed SCM.

I fully understand the need for an occasional fun mech; and I don't mind the SCM having one (or three) variations from the norm. Just please forgo another random character tribute (BC), and go for something a bit more general, or known (Viking/Lucky Bladestorm).
