In terms of storyline, you should go to the Bridge and talk to Queen Pra'Mithia --> WarpForce Saga, then start at the beginning and work your way through.
Weapons:
Fire: Rocking Cisor
Energy: Powered Laser Chucks
Water: Warp Enhanced Hullscuffer
Ice: Warp Frigid Beam Sword until L25, then pick up the Cool Techblade
Darkness: Galaxythe until L25, then pick up the Nefadon Claw
Light: Brilliant Warp Gathorax until L25, then pick up Tronzor's Solid Dual Blade
You have trained a lot of STR, meaning you're a Striker. This means you should generally use Melee weapons: they do more damage for someone with STR than do guns.
Gauntlets:
Fire: At L25, pick up the Twinkling Star Gauntlet
Water: None of these exist yet.
Wind: Nanogauntlet
Ice: Primitive Network Deflector
Earth: At L25 pick up the Time Gauntlet
Energy: Warped Lightning Gauntlet
Darkness: None of these exist yet.
Battlesuits:
Star Ninja Z is a good choice--those armors have incredible offense. You can keep that until L40, and it's probably one of the only armors you'll need for a long time: great defenses as well as Energy/Darkness defense. You could buy the Space Rogue and/or Cybertech Battlesuits if you want effects, but that Star Ninja is a really nice piece of equipment.
Skills/Techs: You're not a Technician, so I assume you don't want a tech for each element. Buy WG Medic IV at L26. WG Warp is useful, so keep that. I don't really see a reason for you to have Nanotech--you can already heal with your Medic tech, and you will do more damage by attacking than by using the damaging abilities here. I'd recommend selling this unless you really like it.
Pets: I'm leaving these out for now because you're not a BM. If you want me to, I can include the best NBM pets for you to use.
Misc: Pick up the Emerald Star of Bravery, the Guardian Suncys Bud, the WarpGuardian Helmet, and the Star Knight Hood.
