@MrBones: they are rare compared to items that are always sold ingame. she is a permanent NPC who sells the items when she has
enough materials to make them, [as far as storyline goes] so she regularly restocks. I don't see much problem with having LQS items
appearing throughout the year. With those, the seasonals and new items, it improves variety, rather than everyone being forced to
use the same items due to limited availability. also new players join the game everyday, it's not just level capped players who count.
