i was looking at highest aux damage and i hit a 100 with frost cannon on george lowe. i can reproduce the damage for a screenie but need to know if that counts?

I don't know about whether or not that should be included because using frost weapons doubles (I think), or nearly doubles the damage that you would have hit on a normal person.
I can make a separate category for that record under tech mage.
So, yes, it counts. But under this category:

110 aux damage on Lowe.
88 crit aux on a player
Highest balanced dex/tech (whichever is lowest if they are not equal, including all power-ups).
88 crit physical gamma robot.

Your max defense didn't beat the max defense of the record.
Nor did your 89 crit beat my 89 crit energy gamma robot attack.
To beat the record, you need to be higher than the record.

However, the rest was good.

By the way, your balanced dex/tech could have been higher if you put on defense matrix. Then I would have put the tech number in instead of the lower dex number.

I dont think you being non-varuim means anything BUT he doesnt have a Assault bot max hit up there and might be possible for him to add it to the list.

You hold the highest for Bounty hunters but i think this shouldnt be class specified like the skill's seeing that every class has access to it.

You're right voidance. Robot damage is a amenity that every class has, and not class specific. So, I will fix this. Sorry Sparticus.
This will the be the format:

Highest Physical Robot Damage (Varium Weapons/Armor):
Highest Energy Robot Damage (Varium Weapons/Armor):
Highest Physical Robot Damage (Using only Credit Weapons/Armor):
Highest Energy Robot Damage (Using only Credit Weapons/Armor):

So Od, I will put your damage under the 4th category here.

Ok one more tip, just so you know you cant have

because Gamma Robot is only one with Physical damage, and Gamma Robot is Varuim/Credits.

Both classes can do this. xD That's what I wanted the record to be.
But, there is the problem of weapon enhancements and variums hold the edge.
On the other hand, there are credit enhancements.

Using only Credit Weapons and Armor. Both varium and non-variums can attempt this record, but they can only use non-varium weapons other than the assault bot/gamma bot.

I disagree with this. TMs are the only class that can boost Tech and thus power up the BOTS so it's clearly an uneven playing field. IMHO, the way you originally had it was correct.

So its ok for normal strike to be open for everyone when Merc's can boost strength? Why bash Record Mages could have a slight advantage over and not for other unfair Records. Tbh its not even unfair because a Record is a Record why have 3 Records for everything. You dont see in the real World records it say something like....

Fastest Black person:


Thats just not how it works.

First, I'm not bashing anyone. I'm making a fair point.
Second, I have nothing to do with how they score STRIKE and that's not what I am discussing here.
Lastly, the discussion isn't about comparing two equals such as people of different skin color, it's comparing very different types of classes. The correct analogy would be Fastest Person vs Fastest Cheetah. Both are mammals but clearly one has an advantage. You are only correct when you say "that's not how it works". I agree, you should not compare apples to oranges.

Despite the protestation I renew my distention on the subject. Since its of no consequence how that matter is settled, it's your thread so have it your way.
