Attack Type 2's rate is equal to [(Pet's Crit) + (Player's LUK)/10]: (Pop-up: Need <= <x> to shrink | Rolled <y>)- If the target has already been shrunken, its HP and size will not be reduced again. (Pop-up: Linus tries... but <target's name> is already SHRUNK!)
- If the target's Shrink Resist (inclusive of All Resist) is greater than an unknown second roll value, it will resist the shrinking effect. (Pop-up: Linus tries... but <target's name> resists!)
Attack Type 2 previously renamed targets 'Shrunken <target's name>'; due to its potential to break battle mechanics, this was removed on July 3rd, 2020.
Despite requiring a DC item to obtain, the Platinum Penguin Shrink Ray merge version of this pet is not DC tagged, thus ineligible for free storage.
Pet is animated; it sways back and forth continuously.
