Ability to switch weapons in battle is available on AQ. Why not implement that here?
So we could Switch a gun or aux during a battle.
But the switch would take up a turn.

What do you think?

problem is that it would greatly benefit players with multiple rare weapons and allow them to use one turn for the perfect setup.

Because in games like AQ weapons don't affect the game as much as they do in EpicDuel. You could just completely counter an opponents by switching weapons, e.g. you could equip all physical weapons if they had low defense and high resistance.

Epic duel is a PvP game, AQ is not. So it doesn't really work with in-game situations in epic duel.

if weapons could switch type it would ruin the game. example, if a str merc had it no one could shield them since they could hit either. or if a support mage had a switching aux they could alway hit the weakness.

Fail idea, no one would be able to counter anything and that would just make the game worse then it already is.

No. Players are more likely to say "I WANT THIS WEAPON" then they switch and switch and switch and they won't start hitting each other.
