Well fame has been out for a little under a week and it hasnt brought anything but spam. Idk if this feature was just to distract us or if it was actually supose to be fun, either way its failed.

Do you think fame was a good idea? Why? Or Why not?

I don't know, it seems to have distracted enough people, and started a new type of begging, now its 'fame for fame', or 'fame me plz plz plz' in some battles, which is more annoying than the normal talk. In my opinion it seems entirely useless, but maybe sometime in the future they will implement something that means those that begged actually get something, maybe an achievement.. not that its worth giving an achievement to the more annoying sectors of the game..

No fame is not a good thing
It promotes Elitism. which should not be in Epicduel, because sooner or later it will be corrupt.
For example I expect a booster to come out some time soon that for 1000 varium will permanently give you 2 fame for every 1 you get.

This will only lead to future debate over the "money" issue of ED.
Is that really what we need right now? No we need a solution not more problems.

If they really wanted to fix ED they would take Sup's ideas (along with Xendrans, Dax's, etc...) and just redo the entire system. Yet like I said earlier ED debates oh so often about the "Money" issue.

@ helloguy - that sounds completely and utterly wrong, to reward those people for that, there is no skill involved, aside from the skill to annoy people trying to play and enjoy without having to sort out everyone else on the screen for fame. And ive had both opponents and teammates try faming others and miss their turn because of it. I myself only fame those who beat me, and then only if they do not ask.. to give people achievements will also make even more people do it, maybe as a joke tomorrow they should make achievements for it that give negative rating points..
