I'm back with yet another partially-assembled signature! This time my clan leader requested it.

siggy/banner: Sig
Render: They're all here.
Render placement: Already there except the bubbles. Please place the bubbles randomly around the sig, and colour them lime-green. The exact color is the square by the bubbles.
Text: Already there.
Text colour: As seen on sig.
Font: Vivaldi.
background: Solid black with the bubbles.
other effects: Please make one bubble look like it's popping.
