Remorse -> Monthly Current 1v1 Status. by RL (5/29/2011 6:23:56)

My latest expereinces tells me this,

Mages support build is back and powerfuler than ever.
Focus hunters are dead although alot still use them.
Str mercs have decreased in numbers and as a result often catches people unprepared
Str BH although are few have become one, if not the best.
Focus mercs are slowing down as people have come up with ways to kill them.
Support mercs are coming back with a nice 61 mana and a mana booster , if you unlucky your unlikely to kill them.
Builds have become battle of power and those at the bottom end lose.
Luck is starting to become a problem agian, as the bringing of power comes the greater impact of luck.
those with high HP tend to be those who are able to crack the 95% win margin.

Edit. I have decided to do this once a month for those who benefit from info.

hey i use a focus hunter W/O a bot and i'm comfortable w/ it. However, I've got lingering thoughts to switch to a STR hunter.

PS: can someone give me a good non-var PHY blades? I'm sick of my acolytes already.

I got a 94% record with a Focus 5 Hunter ( props to Sparticus) out of 45 battles.
That sounds totally dead, doesn't it?

It may not seem like thier dead yet but you'll soon see, pherhaps dying is the better use of words.
Ive found that as soon as everyone goes a certain builds it stop working even if they don't get a nerf, sometimes they just need the illusion of a nerf to make them go down hill, eg. str BH thye were really popular about 3-5 months ago then the put requirments on SA and BL which did not affect them much at all but people left it because it was nerfed without testing to see if it made a real diffrence which i think Donna matrix has proven it hasn't.

P.S it is really anoying how the bulk of players switch to the uncommen builds that im using all the time, first i was a support merc , then i had to switch because everyone started using it, then i became a foucs hunter now i have to switch agian because every1 is becoming them it's getting really anoying :P

Meh, focus hunter is dying. My record jumped down from 92% to 78%. That's HUGE.

Anyhow time to jump class again...to merc. They are super OP, and well, my only chance of survival considering I'm always in the UP class.

Lord, try to keep it a secret but id recommened staying BH a while longer, either try a str BH build or wait for people to get over being a focus hunter then it will become efective agian when not many people use it.

^I have no wrist blades, and I've never tried mercenary for over a month, I was merc till level 11 and then tech mage until 32, bounty hunter for 2 weeks xD, and now...either someone gives me a build or me makes one myself but I'm too lazy

Well, I'm still a tech mage, and I see people jump ship :D TRAITORZ xD JK

So on-topic,
BH's are still REALLY powerful +5 focus with shields+medium support high dex+shadow arts.
They block, crazy defense, and hit super hard+BL

Mercs on the other hand just tank like crazy and NUKE the bot so hard with damage.
They get killed you crit them, take away their ep, or make them heal so that they can't use their BB.

What support build? Oh, you mean the one with the stun blaster that I don't have yet, cause it's in the balderdash package and not for sale on ED.
I don't think they are that OPed. Look at the people over there with crazy resistance. Cough "merc" cough "BH"
