This was an unfinished document that I had created about 3 months ago.

I believe this could be a great way to balance EpicDuel and I'd like the community support. I'd also greatly appreciate it if you guys would help me continue this, or work on this yourself. For now, I believe point values based on tier would greatly help balance EpicDuel, however the point values are more so based upon opinion so opinions would greatly help.

I think it means adding more variety and make the less useful skills more useful at higher lvls, sounds great. :)
