Well after seeing most of the skills of eah class, I can see some OPed builds working for TLM and CH.
Tactical Merc:
High tech tank with smoke, bunker, reroute.
High supp with reroute and usual skillls.
Focus Tank with DoT Grenade.

Cyber Hunter:
Adaptable tank.
Plasma Grenade, Malf and Energy weps.
Str Energy builds.

Blood mage seems to me contains a jumble of skills. If you find any effective build for BM, list and discuss. Or if you think BM is UPed compared to new classes, discuss.

what id do for blood mage is
get
bloodlust
zerker
deadly aim
and assimilate

with assimilate maxed and the right amount of energy u can do 2 bezerkers
like 27+27=54 -5 from assimilate u need 49 and taking the opponents chance to heal.

tac merc: high str
max stun, high smoke, lv 1 frenzy
smoke, stun, frenzy win

Blood Mage = useless i think , with no debuff its worst than STr mercs , it will block alot + gun will deflect against supp build so DA will not work , also Blood mages are defenseless

Cyber Hunter = idk maybe can do a suprise but not with a str build malf + massacre is bad idea smoke is better atleast it decrease blocking chance

Tac Merc = supp god , i think Str BH and Tac Merc will rule 1vs1

high dex build, the technician deals with any malfunction, they block every melee attack i.e strike, gamma bot, assimilate etc.

very hard to do much against 45+ base defence and 37+ resistance with a technician thats gives another 35+ tech at level 4
