@blood: Diamond blades were basically deadly aim on your primary. It was overpowered because your primary doesn't have a cooldown like your gun.

thats actually not a bad idea.
maybe like +5 damage boost max?
like
lvl 1: 6%
lvl 2: 7%
lvl 3: 8%
lvl 4: 9%
lvl 5: 10%
lvl 6: 11%
lvl 7: 12%
lvl 8: 13%
lvl 9: 14 %
lvl 10: 15%

with a +31 wep its 5 extra damage boost. when maxxed
with a +32 wep its 5 extra damage aswell when maxxed
with a +33 wep its 5 extra damage when maxxed (its close from going after 5)
with a +34 wep its 6 extra damage when maxxed

@gold: To keep it nerfed, wouldn't it be better to stick to a fixed numeral for each level instead of a percentage?

yeah but with a fixxed numeral it will most likely be a bit overpowered at low lvls (like hybrid and the % of defense it gives at low lvls compared to when it does at high lvls)
and weak at higher lvls. the higher the lvl we go the weaker it gets.
if its like deadly aim but at low % then it can be appropriately raised depending on the weapon u use.
similar to +32 weps compared to +33 weps which is lvl 33. while +32 are lvl 32.
this way as u lvl up ur damage keeps going.

@gold: Oh ok, I was just thinking that it might become OPed if weapons with higher damage came but I realised that you'd have more resistance and defence so it's fine.

as long as the staff dont release insane items with high +damage
(like eggzookas) then it should be fine.
the damage of the wep should be the highest lvl requirement.
so if ur wep is lvl 32 it will do +32. if its lvl 33 it will do +33
then it should be fine because as we lvl we get more defense.
and theres a pattern before it actualy gets raised too much.
meaning there would have to be atleast 6 lvls difference from 1 wep to give +6 damage and then for another to give +7.

right now +34 damage is the beggining of +6 damage
for +7 the wep will have to be +40 or +41 damage

well, gold, its probably a good idea seeing that CH still is a bit weak...also, it needs to be wrist blade only for a nerfed diamomd blades.

The ultimate class' skill tree with currently available skills and weapons:

Field Medic* - BloodLust - Hybrid Armor
Reroute - Deadly Aim - Energy Shield
Field Medic* - Field Medic* - Field Medic*
Reflex Boost - Malfunction - Intimidate

*The four Field Medics are separate skills from one another and thus have separate cooldowns

Strategy: At level 33, get 141 Support (minimize other stats) and the following Skill Tree (your gun is 33 dmg)

1 - 6 - 10
7 - 4 - 1
1 - 1 - 1
1 - 1 - 1

Since reroute gives more energy per heal than the cost of one heal, this class--with this strategy--would literally be immortal. The only way to win would be for a strength mercenary to go first, critical Maul for the stun, and then critical Berzerker.

1)Multi heal heal u and ur ally for 17 mana on 1 lvl improves with technology
2)Bloodlust
3)Reroute
4)Malfunction improves with support
5)Smoke screen improves with support
6)Frenzy
7)Cheap Shot
8)Deadly Aim
9)Berzerker
10)Multi shoot Improves with support
11)Technician
12)Hybrid armor

How about this skill tree:


Static charge-Static charge-Static charge
Blood Lust-Blood lust-Blood lust
Blood lust-Blood lust-Blood lust
Blood lust-Smokescreen-Blood lust


This basically works off of Endtimes idea of having multiple of the same skills and each working separately.

The strategy is: 5 focus with all enhancements and as many stats as possible on dexterity and technology


1--1--1
3--3--3
3--3--3
3--7--3


So what you are doing with all the bloodlusts is getting it so each strike will get you more than 100% of that damage to health and then static charge so you can regain energy to keep casting smoke screen which will help you hit. All though it does not guarantee a win it would be really really easy to use, just smokescreen and then static charge till you do smokescreen again.

Edit: wow i had it as xendrans idea when it was Endtimes lol i guess i just mix those two names up a lot
