Fatal Impact -> Great Idea To fix Lag (7/21/2011 13:33:41)

I think they should make the characters appear as ghosts until there character has finished loading like in AQW or Hero Smash. I think this would fix the lag for the most part.

Feedback?

they should ban anyone who asks for fame, that way we have less chat, less server population and less people running more webpages

@VIX: basicly when you jump or spawn somewhere you can instantly move around lag free but your character isnt completely loaded yet, so it is a "ghost" until it has loaded fully, and then animation fills in.

If you played hero smash or AQW you would know.

the best way is to have every fight so they cant see you would be fun

Well @Fatal Impact :

If Character didn't load you gonna get battles failed, and lag will be the same cuz the lag isn't from the characters in ED,it's from servers and Some Photos Background in ED makes more lag , and about George lower if they can remove his sounds ! cause lag too and npc moves when they are stand that's would less the lag 40% i think.

im gonna blame lag on "fame" making people with slower pcs and internet opening more webpages is slowing it down...

*goes and closes facebook, youtube, twitter, grooveshark, emails etc....*

@ajs77: i asked NW b4 They are planing to make a buttom in-game called " Fame " to make the lag less, that's what i heard.

Or remove transparency. Transparency causes lag. For those who don't know what transparency means it basically means you see through. Such as when you click your stats you can see through the background and people talking behind. Or when you open a faction you still see the people in the background. Again remove Transparency and the lag go away.
