I would like to point something out about tanks. First off, two tanks fighting each other would deal damage assuming they have 5 focus tanks and have robots. And as for fighting someone who put all their points into defense/resistance, as long as you are the same level and have as good as gear, you should be able to put more points in strength and therefore deal more damage (to ensure one more resistance and defense they have to use 6 stat points while for you to ensure one more damage with primary and sidearm you need 4 stat points). Plus, if you are using a build that hits for heavy damage rather than tanks for heavy defense/resistance, rage is on your side. However, it is a good point that two tanks fighting each other without five focus robots would never end. I do not think that crits and rages would be enough to end the game. I would just hope that not many people would have builds where they can not do more damage than their defense/resistance, and their is a good chance there would not since i think tanking heavily would not necessarily assure you that many wins, and those wins you do get would take a long time. I would think people would prefer a heavy striking build that wins more games per hour. Another good point is that in juggernaut battles the possibility for striking 0 is much higher. This is a tough problem that would need to be resolved, and the best answer i can think of is increasing the chance to critical depending on the level difference. The reason i would want the minimum damage to be 3 would not be so i could go make a build that no one can deal damage to but rather so defense skills protect you fully.
