PivotalDisorder -> RE: Limited Quantity ==> Limited Time Quantity (9/16/2011 4:59:16)

@T.600:I agree completely. I was countering his argument that its lose lose for limited quantity when it really isn't, using the current system. I wasn't defending the system in any way.

They have restocked tesla armor so many times, I've forgot. All I know is that almost everyone has it by now (most high-levels have it).
Their are many people who still want items from Charfade and missed every single restock, so I am not convinced that Tesla armor was overstocked to the point of everyone having it. I still see more Bunnyborg armours.

I think that the system they used for the Draconic items was overkill. basically every single level 33 could of got one whereas many still missed out on the other item restocks. Happy medium please

^That is why the random restocks aren't effective. The items have been restocked a lot of times but the stock only lasts for a few minutes so those who are lucky enough to get on at the right time get the items that they desire.

This statement was just an exaggeration where I intended to insinuate that they restock the items too frequently and inconsistently. The reason that the Draconic weapons had such a high stock was because they were actually supposed to be limited time items. They only added a ridiculous quantity so that they didn't need to make a new type of rare. That's why the items are labelled as limited quantity rares, but they are infact limited time, quantity and seasonal rares. The devs depleted the weapons' stock once the allocated period of time for them to be here was over (but they did extend how long the weapons were available for).
