I'm about to achieve commander rank and I'm extremely excited, so how did you feel before and after getting the rank?

Well for me, each rank was equally hard to achieve, as in it seems to take forever to get your first 5000 wins and warlord. However after getting those 5k it's not as hard to get the second 5k, this trend continues even in the higher ranks. After I got commander it wasn't as hard getting that second 10k, and after I got emperor it wasn't as hard getting that second 25k. I just wonder if getting legend will make getting 100k wins feel easier...hmmm.

I am happy with my Hero rank right now :)
To answer the question, I don't feel anything about getting ranks lol

Whenever i go up in rank it just reminds me how long i have been playing even though there are people that just started and out rank me. Then again im a four time hero so thats almost a commander

I always look back on how long I've been playing Epicduel (I'm a founder, in case you didn't see my avatar) and I think of how hard it was to get warlord. Then I look at all the other founders and I Facedesk.

I'm a while away from commander. I need to achieve 1000 juggernaut battles and 1000 2v2s, and retire on those battle modes, and only 1v1. But I also need to get daily champion on those battle modes, so we'll see how that goes.

i'm finding achieving emperor to be difficult....it's hard to win that many 2v2's [:(]

Being commander was so easy but after reaching it. I find becoming emperor is harder then becoming commander.[:D][:D]

I am just 5k wins behind to become emperor and i am excited.

I'm still a Warlord but progressing gradually to the Commander Rank. It's more Rank down, and i will be very happy once i have, after all, 10k wins is a pretty big milestone for a Gamma player.

I love rank up , i always put my goals on ranks now my goal is being grand emperor , 14k wins more :)

I think 1v1 and 2v2 should have two separate rank systems. 1v1 is quite easy, and one has the choice to control their destiny with just npcs. In 2v2, the player must conform to their environment, it makes a much more difficult task to earn victors at the same rate as 1v1 play. By doing this, both styles of play will earn equal recognition for their hard working players.

Well the hardest one for me seemed to be Warlord because I wasn't that into the game yet and it was frustrating but emperor has been really easy so far and I only need around 3k more wins.

Less than 2,000 away from Emperor. I'm pretty excited. When I reach 30,000 wins, I'll probably retire.

^Lol i'm with ya buddy, i'm Founder too but I only got Warlord 2 days ago.

Tbh, I don't feel anything when I rank up, I probably will if I reach one of the higher ranks *Looks at comicalbiker and Fay Beee*

I don't feel anything when I rank up, it's just a rank. It doesn't really do anything, just shows how much you won fights. The first thing I said when I reached Emperor, "It's about time!" Now I'm about 19k wins away from Grand Emperor, I want to try and achieve it before April 2012.

You cant say that i am also a gamma player i joined at the end of beta.And i have 20k wins. Hehehehehehe

What can I say? EpicDuel inticed me at the beginning. Getting to Emperor was by far the most frustrating and challenging rank for me. But along the way, I hit a lot of milestones, most notably a 90% ratio. Now however, EpicDuel isn't what it use to be, so I play sparingly.

Idk why but the hardest one was commander , i reached emperor too easy :P , maybe thats because i know the game more less when i was warlord :P

Ranks are an awesome part of the game. It is a nice incentive given to continue playing. It is also a symbol and an award of your dedication to the game and simply looks nice.

Every rank I have achieved I feel the same way about: Excited and Accomplished.

On a side note, I'm 4,623 wins away from Grand Emperor and I can't wait to reach this obstacle. (:
