@OWA- NPC skill trees are unique to them, and I do remember that for a while they were ignoring cooldowns (resulting in some amusing battles where every single turn, Caden was using Overload on me)

^it will probally be restocked somethim in the future, but i doubt it will be with this update, but really, noone knows, the devs might know, but they prob don't know either

@T.600- sorry, when I saw that, I texted Nightwraith to ask him about previews, and he didn't get back to me until later. He said that there would not be previews of the new stuff yet, since much of what's getting released with this update is old stuff.

Can I have his number (jokes)? Thanks for getting back to me though, and when you say 'old stuff', do you just mean the items like Soul Harvester from last year? I was expecting some new mutating weapons, but it's fine if I have to wait longer because I can always farm more credits xD.

Wait, so maxed Reroute needs 44 Tech? Not gonna complain, it makes sense. Maybe more TM's will now be willing to try out higher level SC's when the Tech requirement has to be met to use high level Reroutes. :)

@Baron Dante: It's actually 42 Tech, on par with the requirement for Hybrid Armor, Shadow Arts, Deadly Aim, and Blood Lust (soon).

When I said "starting at 24 Tech", I meant level 1 requires 24 Tech. Sorry for any confusion!
