First of all, I would like to thank Titan and Nightwraith and of course Cindy, Charfade etc. for having this frosty update. I have done the last of my offers to get the Frost Destroyer staff which made me very happy. However, upon testing it the frostbite effect happens all the time. I went to 2v2 and when I striked someone always, the frostbite effect ALWAYS takes effect. I also did these to npc's 5 times and all strikes(even blocked) were having frostbite effects. Something tells me that its rate isn't 11% and its always happening even to George lowe.
