Would you like to see a cofounder rank implemented into factions? Seems like it would be pretty easy to code.

-What features should/shouldn't a cofounder be able to change?
-Could there be more than 1 cofounder?
-Would having a cofounder rank in factions create more problems than benefits?


Post what you think, and add anything I may have missed here.


My personal opinion:

I think a cofounder rank in factions would be a nice feature. However, I think that cofounders should be limited in what they can do. No kicking, no disbanding. Maybe they could add officer titles and promote/demote members.

Like, dislike?

I Have To Say, As An All Time Leaderboards Faction "Founder" (2 Actually)...

I Don't Want Anyone Running My Faction But Me. No Offense.

It's MY Faction. Kicking/Promoting/Demoting/Title Change, Etc... Let's That Player Basically Have Control Of The Faction.

I Think That Will Bring More Trouble Than Good To Be Honest.

I Don't Support It. I Pretend To Be Nice. But I Rule My Faction With An Iron Fist. The Power Is Mine.

You Want That Power? Go Make Your Own Faction. Good Luck Getting It On The All Time Leaderboards.

@buffy ur faction is not only in leader boaRD ,even i got it too , but with this feature u can juzz get some rest , hang around some in other faction and come back and take over again . its lyk u leave for temporRY ,BUT still ur the owner ,its only u can leave the faction not controll u still rule ur own faCTION.. am sure u dont mind with kind of feature !! do u ???

I was thinking about it more as an optional feature. You don't NEED to have a cofounder, but if you are away for a 1v1 etc. it might be nice for your faction members to have someone else in charge who they can go to for information. Yes, you can always leave a message on the board at fac HQ etc. but its just a different level of status, the second in command, who your faction members/officers can go to when you are not around.

i think co founder should be able to do whatever a founder can do except kick the founder and disband faction.

Co Founder is a huge thing thats needed.
and for factions who dont need it, then simply dont use it (buffy, you dont need a co founder, let this be implemented and simply dont make a co founder)

obviously u as a founder would make someone a co founder, if u trust him.
if you dont trust him, and you made him a co founder then all ur members got kicked, then ur the one whos responsible not the co founder.

Well, I prefer having 2 senior officer slots. I don't think many people care about what they can or cannot do. The title is what's important. I suggest: 1 founder, 2 senior officers, 5 officers, 10 members. Opens up 1 officer slot.

I think Cofounder would be good thing since 90 percent of time they do all work. For example I was Cofounder faith when I came there it was few weeks old they had no 2vs2 badges. But first day I was there I founder trusted me alot so if I said kick this person he did basically same day I join I got them 2vs2 badge and day after that and so on Wwe basically won 10 2vs2 badge in row we beat buffy faction with winning most in row. Not only that we 4 in row after we lost try go for 11 in row. After that we won another 4 in row. But I left faction to join M.O.D I was in fay bee faction by the way that was my first 1vs1 faction. Reason why I left was because leader quit game.

If i were a faction leader i would never promote a player to co-founder, even if i trust them thats all i will say :)

but i support idea just because i dont like co-founder title in faction doesnt mean others should not use it + that would be funny if good factions lost their players because of co-founder LOL

TurkishIncubus are forgetting most players who join CAD were DXS players. At time DXS was good faction and CAD was just rookie faction. And I believe VIX was ex co founder for black knights of choas.

and to everyone, Turkish is an example of someone who wouldn't like this system.
but still supports it.

well if you dont like it, dont use it. no one says you have to use it.

They could promote and demote officers, as well as change their titles.


I support this idea a lot and would like to add:

Maybe faction leader chooses what features co-founder can do. Might take more coding but that way more trusting founders can get more help from their co-founder and less trusting founders can feel safe with small help from their co-founder.
