Everyone will just be hittin 3s all the time forcing everyone to resort to Tank builds or just unblockables. Honestly STR builds are strong but not so OPed that something like that should be added. STR builds where already nerfed badly. STR BH/TLM is not nearly as strong with the Mass and Maul nerf/replacement.
