It will take months to do it as Nightwraith is busy drawing the player's suggestion weapons. However AQW did implement new battle animations for their 3rd birthday (VOT class) so I won't rule it out. ED staff is just too stretched out at the moment.

Moves can be extended to the varied combos used as seen in AQ and AQW.

No. We have more important problems then new battle animations. Such as The GAP,balance, and luck.

I notice whole luck issue started when low levels were allow to equip high up weapons.

I hope Passive Animations

Mineral Armor = something like Blood Shield but with more sharp edges

Plasma Armor = Blue Stroke

etc.

"Balance"? Yes, that is most definitely a top tier issue but also an ongoing one. In between balancing the game we could improve something like animations.
