I think they should have a Poll like JZaanu's suggestion, except it should be held monthly or each two months so that the developers know what areas need improvement and what areas their players are happy with, from these initial polls the answer could be "Missions needs more work", It could go into another poll where has each area of Missions, people vote of what they don't like, and that area gets updated.
