i cant log onto herosmash at all :/ it keeps at loading account info (i dont even get to the charecter select page) im useing firefox and i tried internet explorer as well but its the same and yes ive cleared my cache and internet browsing logs wth is going on?

Try resetting your Internet modem. Clearing your cache never works, people who tell you to do that are noobs. @cookielord12 they got released on Easter and went rare 2 days after.

just tried another computwer and its not logging at all onto my account ,-,.....whats going on? can someone contact a mod for me??? i cant get on herosmash at all with my charecter Posts merged, please do not double post, as it is seen as spam. I can confirm you are not hacked, so hopefully that helps your worries a little :P Was it on the same internet? Try logging into the Battleon Portal, and tell me what happens. Also, just a friendly reminder, the AKs prefer if you edit your posts instead of double posting :) You won't get in trouble for it, though.

lets see i was useing cricket when i tried here (thts wht i am on now) then i used a schools connection (was during lunch) AND OMG !!!! i cant log onto my master account!

no i just sent an email recovering my pass and its the same but the user name isnt working DX wth?! is there anyway to see wht my user name for my master acc is???!!!

Try signing in with your email address. I don't know if it still works but it's worth a shot.

Not sure. Check around and see what's wrong and be sure to double check everything (passwords, usernames, inventories). I'm glad it worked, though.

AE changed the login name to email. Don't know why, but your login for all is now email-address and password. So you are able to login on herosmash with that

That sounds quite confusing as what I've seen on my browser solely shows the login name and not email prior to master account log-in. What sort of sorcery is this?
