I suggest using SC's ONLY for rare SC items in the daily shop, events, and theater. The Titanium Thread's shop has never changed much since alpha, so don't spend there because it's not likely to change. Look out for the new NPC's shops, like Zheenx's, they're likely to change. I prefer to keep my money in the "BattleOn points stage" so I know which game to use them on depending on the event and their items. But DO NOT spend your money if you don't have a fixed idea of what you want.

@above: The best stun is currently stupefacio which is now rare in the sense that it can't be obtained any more. It stuns the opponet for 5 seconds and it can't miss. The only other stun is bash which is just a waste of SC. it stuns for 3 seconds and can miss and costs 150 SC. I would just get taser for 150 SC instead of bash. In fact, I wouldn't have even got stupefacio if it costed 150 SC.
There is no good DoT for your level so I would recommend getting to lvl 13 then getting maybe vampire bite or reality rend.
There are also no good damage hitters that aren't rare at your level. For good instant damage powers you will have to get to level 20. Lightning strike and shadow blast are ok though.
For healing, I would use healing touch which is good for a lvl 8 power but even better with super intellect.

So basically, get to lvl 13 and get some SC if you want some good powers.

There are no enhancements in HS.

To change eye color, /join mainstreeteast and click on Beleen's Beauty Parlor (the hot pink building). Once inside, click on a chair or a mirror. You'll see options to change any of your colors, including that of your eyes.

I just got the skill Death Touch and I though it was level 20. How did I get a level 14 death touch? What do I have to do to get level 20?

I am wanting that skill Death Touch. Level 20. But actually the level 14 one only drops. I am level 20 btw. We can only get Death Touch by Un Death? Or is the level 20 one more rare?
