I think Mr. Kinzvlle and his Neutrality friends would like to help capture the ones with superpowers.
But, anyway, don't mind me. Just cleaning the streets for the cities future generations.
As for the story Glai and Shadow and I[?] are going to work on, eventually, when would you like to begin?

Hey don`t forget me, I offered to help with the story as well.

*a grey van pulls up in front of the prison and K of Neutrality gets out* Hmm this is where the message said to drop off the villeins from now on. There is indeed a prison here, well lets head in. *K enters the prison followed by a bunch of agents wheeling in caged villeins, aliens,monsters, and etc.*

Then what would be the point of you being a part of the story, then, if you are not to be contained, Mr. Lunar-tic?
Oh, and Mr. Darkness King, since you are the most mechanical of us, would you like to install our... special power suppressors? You may place them wherever you wish, I trust in your judgement. Just make sure one of them is installed into the entrance/exit hall.
As for... Agent K. Very well done, my friend. It is quite heartening to see scum cleaned from the streets of out cities. Please, continue!

@ShadowLight1:I already planned for people who are too strong to be ordinarily contained, so that is not a problem.


EDIT:Something important for the story, if you want your villain to be in it, you must be willing for them to at least be imprisoned some of the time. There is room for a jailbreak plot, but the story will not work if everyone involved feels they are too tough to be in jail. Hence why I created the device, so as to imprison people without lowering their powers or inventing a hax character.

See, that suggestion makes sense, but I think it is the capturing part Lunarox doesn't like. The capturing and the sustained captivity. I will see if I can't... Change Mr. Lunarox's mind.

Well by that logic, not many can fit in. Nobody wishes to see their character as weak, which I understand. Thus the will defier, so they have all their powers and a logical reason to have been captured.

Vanderful, Darkness King! To those who are wondering about the sedative, we administer it to all of the prisoners upon their arrival, so they may by properly secured and placed in their cells. Plus, the Super Baddies might... resist.

i should've said something earlier... drat it! anyway, that's my villain i was basically hiding away for quite a while. i only unleashed him... recently, and he hasn't had much attention so far in roleplays.
supposed to be a being from the shadow realm, and he can be quite annoying to combat

Bah, well, I don't need to know where you are to find you and bring you to justice!
The APB's do have quite an annoying habit to activate a siren when searching, attacking, capturing, things like that, so you may hear them coming.
But they'll find ya anyway. There's just to many of them to hide from them.
By the way, I would stay away from the sewers, subways, and dark alleys, if I were you, Mr. Villain.

It's funny how quickly people will spill their metaphorical guts to you once you threaten to spill their literal guts.
Amazing, actually.
Indeed, it's amazing how many things are going on in this city.
Secret things.
Devious secret things.
It seems like everyone's got a secret plan of some sort.
Even the most innocent people or establishments could be fronts for some sinister goings-on.
But alas.
The best-laid plans.
Of mice and men.
Often go astray.
Especially if they weren't so secret after all.
Unless, of course.
The person who heard about the plan.
Has plans of their own.
In that case.
One might have just made a new ally.
Albeit a temporary one of course.
Things are so difficult now-days.
All of our tangled webs of deceit.
So often they get tangled up with one another.
This can be a boon.
Or an impediment.
Occasionally.
It is both.
