You need to specify what type of plasma. There are MANY different variations of plasma for different gasses, and then there's blood plasma, as well... teleports numerous crates of supplies to exactly where Goldstein is situated, one of them having a sticky note that reads, "Happy Random 'I decided to give you stuff' Day! ... oh, and there's a check for the movers fee, located directly behind this sticky note, which has been folded to make it not able to be seen without removing this." an open crate full of batteries appears in front of Scarekrow, with a viewscreen that plays a recording of rapidly decending numbers, after the end of which the batteries will be ruptured, and their acid will spray everywhere

The large truck suddenly turns sharply onto the side walk causing the pedestrians to dive out of his car's way. The Ice Cream truck suddenly makes a hard right and flips onto it's back, bouncing and rolling towards Skarecrow until the car falls back on it's wheels. ICE CREAM! GET YOUR ICECREAM WHILE ITS...heh heh...NICE AND HOT! HOO HOO HOO HA HA HA! From inside a pair of hands throws a dozen large crates out from the back of the Ice Cream truck and the crates land around Skarecrow. WA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! Now....I gave you my end of the bargin...now bring me yours...or...heh heh...I might become a Sad Clown. Heh heh heh. And what happens when I'm a sad clown? Well.....PEOPLE DIE! HEE HEE HEE HA HA HO HO HO HO HO! Clown the Jester's icecream truck speeds off, running over a man using the cross walk.
