I am aware that the AE is holding an Art Contest evry april... and I am aware too that they are often announcing the Art Contest before the month of April but now im in doubt because they are not saying anything about the contest... so yeah i tweeted to some of the Moderators but im not getting any responses...

we all know that the Art Contest is the only way for some of us to obtain ACs... and we all know the AE is busy mking the new releases and the AQ 3d ... and yeah last year i won the Art Contest so I really want to get their response about it cuz im running out of ACs lol... [:D]

Perhaps this may be better suited here.

But as for my thoughts, I'd say that many people would like the April contest again, but maybe not enough people actually want it back to motivate the moderators to do it. Also, there is one contest in the DF Section where you make an original scythe that the mods choose from but that's less of an art contest and more of a suggestion one, although some artists are having a crack at it.

To be honest with you Zanthella, I don't think t might happen. The thing is that the contest is mainly for people who want to join, but if you look at how many people are actually in the CA Section on a regular basis, a regular basis being 2 or 3 times a week(I can only count up to 20 when I think really hard about it), then they may not think it's worth holding a contest here as opposed to the L&L area (off the top of my head I can count at least 50 people there).

With the number of active participants here being so limited, as well as the fact that many of us have work or school and might not have the time, there is a very slim chance for a CA section art contest.

If you mean the art contests that AE hosts for its games, there may be one for easter like last year, but that would really depend on the staff.

We can do CA contests if enough people want it, but, often it gets neglected, if you're interested, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Also, I welcome any suggestions on what we should do to make contests more fun.
