Perhaps, but he needs me >:P Also, I'm not sure my (or yours either actually) powers fall under the type that can be neutralized via Power Dampener. I would assume those work by neutralizing what Pandora did and well, your powers do not come from her...as they predate possibly thr entire planet.

my powers come from several heroes, their powers were passed through the orb, which amplified them considerably, then deposited in my body. but they only added to my powers. some of my more...powerful ones do predate this planet. however, i dont need powers. my pistol does the job just as well.

Interesting to see how this will play out, I could see Orain possibly being able to defeat DC-14 same with black Angel but Black Angel wouldn`t interfere. Omnicorp and there employ's are taking a vacation to the stars. Orain on the othere hand he consdeers him a protector of the universe so he probably ain`t to happy with you.
