Boosters are a somewhat controversial item in ED: some players hate those who use it, some players HAVE to use it in desperate times.

Bad intro. Okay. Anyways. What would you guys and gals think if they added more boosters, for "tactical" battles?

For example, adding a
Defense Booster: +6 defense points
Resistance Booster: +6 resistance points
Critical Booster: +4% chance to crit
Dexterity Booster: +20 dex
Technology Booster: +20 dex

With more boosters, won't battles be a lot more fun, boss battles even more strategic, and other builds possible? F2P players would also greatly benefit, as some Boss Battles are significantly harder than others, and might need a little booster here or there.

Lemme know what you guys and gals think!

^ umm that is a good idea but then you will just get arguments that tac mercs or mercs already have hybrid and mineral armor that will lead to more problems.

Good thought, but the fact of the matter is as long as balance is ruled by overpowered speed builds only braught down to earth with unfair luck.


Things like this will be close to psintless, the devs practically ruined the use of sheilds anyway with battles becoming so heavy in damage output, most players cant afford to sacrifise using a turn without attacking or delays a chance at rage.


Perhaps if boosters had some sort of influence on rage such as a rage sheild which prevents rage gain of the opponenet on hits for x turns or soemthing like that.


Anything to incorparate strategy within the new ruling of speed domination is a good idea in my books.
