Hello again! Just posting to let you know... I probably have over 25k people blocked on these forums, so I can never remember when or why I've blocked people, but I do it all the time for a myriad of reasons. It's nothing personal, it's just a way to keep myself sane and out of trouble when dealing with rule-breakers and noobs. I'm a rule breaker? Oh ok [:(] About your tae kwon do: Ah, you're only a gold belt, then. The first few forms are really easy, so it doesn't take long to get them down. There's no such thing as "mastering" your techniques, however. There's always room for improvement, no matter what rank you achieve, especially on the basics. Keep at it, don't give up like I did. Make sure to stretch properly before your workout, because that lets you kick higher and jump higher, and you'll need that agility to execute high flying spin kicks to the head and upper body. I agree, but I mean I know the moves that's what I meant. I'm the best kicker in the class. [:)]
