My Name is Jake -> Character page and fame suggestion (7/20/2012 9:17:25) Add rank and influence to char pages is my suggestion for character pages For fame my suggestion is to take it off character pages and make it earned in game by doing things like getting on leaderboards eg. getting in top 15 on all time board gives you 25 fame per day, getting on daily boards gives you 50, hitting lvl cap, getting stars, getting a new rank, missions could reward fame, etc. could also get you fame. This suggestion is to stop people from begging/asking for fame.

DeathHound -> RE: Character page and fame suggestion (7/23/2012 16:18:39) Well you have to understand how hard it is to compete with the fame-leaderboards. They beg so they can be the best with the fame amount. But you see people (Like mods/devs) with so much. This is a good idea, but you have to think how hard fame would come by if that suggestion was to become real. Missions? I'd prefer credits/varium, and because ED has already started Varium missions (Besides the bomb missions soon to come after the third vault is destroyed) I'm sure ED would prefer to handle the Varium missions before they start this "Fame" issue. However, maybe making it to whereas random fame is awarded throughout 1v1 and 2v2 wins, perhaps?
