Alright Exiles lets keep up the pace, we must avoid complacency at all costs. The Legion are a ferocious force, if we let up just a little they will strike; don't give them an openning just press on and seal their doom in their war.

@Unknown menace: The word "or" is used because you cannot have both keys. You can only have exile or legion - if one is converted and the other isn't, expect a huge uproar.

I know you can't have both keys that would be ridiculous.

But you have to admit that if you read the sentence like that it would only be natural to assume that eather legion or exile would get its key converted.
So reading it like that i thought the winning side would get it as a reward or something.
What would happen to other sides key would be a mystery.

I wasn't completely sure when i read that the first time in the design notes. I'll just go with your idea, it would make everybody happy.
