@Epic Duel developers

I have noticed the spikes skill of Bio Borg has been nerfed recently, which is an annoying thing and also you're breaking your own policy about buffing/nerfing equipment.

I have a big suggestion to make - since you guys are breaking your own policy - do NOT buff/nerf equipment after it has been released!

Robots are classified as equipment, together with swords, guns, auxes, so once people made an investment in one, do NOT alter their investment and keep the equipment characteristics the same as they were when they decided to buy it.

Think carefully and plan equipment releases. But once released, stop altering it for God's sake. Restrict balance adjustments, such as buffs or nerfs, to classes only.

Thank you.

Mr. Black OP -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/25/2012 4:59:34)

How has it been nerfed?

Drianx -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/25/2012 5:00:42)

Spikes used to reflect 50% melee damage back to attacker. Now it reflects almost nothing about 25%.

Ranloth -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/25/2012 6:04:12)

It works fine on one of my chars. Enemy did 17 damage and 9 got reflected back.

@drianx
Was it a BH or BM? If so they may have had max BL which is 23% which leads to 27% which is pretty close to what you experienced.

suboto -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/25/2012 16:10:36)

ok the only stuff that should be buffed like say put as 10slots is weapons/armor thats ulra rare. Also the pyro fly should be 15dmg+the focus thing it shouldnt be equal to a assualt bot thats always buyable considering pyro fly is listed as rare. All the other robots get 15dmg. Plus gamma gets 16 but thats understandable xD

Rayman -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/25/2012 19:01:30)

What? If it Got Nerfed that Much, then I say that the Only Bot that ruins balance (azrael borg) Be nerfed TOO.

Sympleton -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/25/2012 22:54:38)

I'm pretty sure Mr.Black OP is right here.

On the EDWiki, it's still listed as 50%, and I think other people would have noticed it by now if it was halved.

Try it on a class without bloodlust and tell us if it reflected 50% or not

friend18 -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/26/2012 20:27:25)

It still reflects 50% of damage dealt from a melee attack back... The thorns can't kill though... So whenever I feel lazy, I pop massacre onto my build.

Drianx -> RE: Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/27/2012 2:17:26)

Yes, I think Mr.Black OP is right. It must have been altered by bloodlust, because I'm pretty sure those fights were indeed against bloodlust classes.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

RazorMcCerea -> RE: [SOLVED]Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/30/2012 20:18:43)

Haha Thats So Bad 25% ,If A bounty hunter Or A blood mage,its usEless 25%-23%(Blood lust) = 2% USELESS

Ranloth -> RE: [SOLVED]Do NOT buff/nerf equipment after being released! (7/30/2012 20:20:25)

That 25% doesn't even exist, and it's solved since it was OP's mistake. Bio Borg's 50% - BL = actual penality for them since it's easier to calculate.
