I will be very direct:

A new, extra type of rating.
A Win-Loss % Rating, Based only on your last 400 fights. Each time you win a new battle, it eliminates the one from the calculation.

This way we would have a very interesting Rating for how good you are right now, and how is your performance improving!
Your past losses would not influence your rating permanently, so NO influences on how noob you were in the past, or how "poor" you were in the lower levels, for example.

This rating would be PVP exclusive. Npc fighting would ruin it, for obvious reasons (that means it would only count your last 300 pvp battles, even if you fought 176 Npcs in between).

People could get really high % if they do all jugg battles while 1v1 battles would get a lower %

I think it would be interesting because some people rate you on rank and thats low sometimes and this may show that you are a good player as of the time period, it has some flaws that need to be fixed though.

There would be separate rankings for 1vs1, 2vs2, and jugg, of course. Iust like the current ones. One for each category!

not supported for 1v1 or jugg bc of npc's and jugg is just too easy to win with huge defenses

2v2 on the other hand might be kinda cool
