SS -> Different level opponents in 1 vs 1 and Juggernaut battles (8/14/2012 6:05:42)

As the subject says, I would suggest that your ranges of opponents in 1 vs. 1 and Juggernaut matches do not intersect. To explain: as a level 30 player you can encounter level 35 opponents both in 1 vs 1 matches (and 2 vs 2) but also in Juggernaut (the level 35 being the Juggernaut). This means that you have to fight the same enemy either you are alone, or with another level 30 partner, depending on the type of match, which makes no sense. So I would suggest reducing the level difference between opponents in 1 vs. 1 battles to a maximum of 3 (5 is too much anyway).

Not too much support until now... I guess level 35s don't mind, they like getting level 30s in single battles 'cause it's a sure win, and there are more 35s than any other level. Too bad.

Mother1 -> RE: Different level opponents in 1 vs 1 and Juggernaut battles (8/23/2012 11:51:05)

Not supported. While i am a level 35 if you change the range from 5 to 3 it would make jug fights almost impossible. It is bad enough when I randomly get 2 fully powered up tanks, strength builds or two tech spamming mercs with bunk builds that are level 30's but you want level 35 jugs to have to deal with 32 all the time (since in jug fights there has to be a gap and by making the gap only 3 levels jugs would always fight 32 which is the highest level a 32 can fight now) Jugs fights would no longer be possible to win, and jug fights would stop happening since jugs would never be able to win so not supported.

Mother1 weren't you paying attention? What he means is to change the 1v1 so that the lowest level a level 35 can face is a level 32.
On Topic: I think a better way to fix this is to change the level range to 4 so that the lowest level a level 35 can face is a level 31, because I think having a level range of three would have a too-small player pool, resulting in long waits for battles. And as for Juggs, I think the highest level a Jugg can face should be 29 and 29, since right now 30 and 30 are a little too much for even fully enchanced varium juggs. And yes, I had to add that first quote, sorry xD

I support it only for 1vs1 and 2vs2 to maximum of 2.
For examples:

1vs1:
Level 35 vs Level 35
Level 35 vs Level 34 <- Hmm...
Level 35 vs Level 33 <- It's a bit unfair.
Level 35 vs Level 32 <- It's unfair.
Level 35 vs Level 31 <- It's really unfair. :/
Level 35 vs Level 30 <- It's really - really unfair. :/ :/

2vs2:
Levels 35/35 vs Level 35/35
Levels 35/35 vs Level 35/34 or 34/34 <- Hmm...
Levels 35/35 vs Level 35/33 or 34/33 <- It's a bit unfair.
Levels 35/35 vs Level 35/32 or 34/32 <- It's unfair.
Levels 35/35 vs Level 35/31 or 34/31 <- It's really unfair. :/
Levels 35/35 vs Level 35/30 or 34/30 <- It's really really unfair. :/ :/

For the Juggernaut, I agree with Mother1. :)

SS -> RE: Different level opponents in 1 vs 1 and Juggernaut battles (8/24/2012 4:13:48)

2 Mother1: I suggested reducing the level difference between opponents in 1 vs. 1 battles to a maximum of 3. Reducing them in both 1 vs. 1 and Juggernaut battles would be completely against the subject of this topic.
