Which is why Mercs are behind CH right now. BH and BM would be bad too, with very little energy, but they use STR to make up for it, which doesn't take any energy at all.

Could you please double check some of your points, Mother1? It doesn't make sense; using level 7 reroute is your choice, while using MAX static is our choice. We really shouldn't be comparing a MAX skill to a level 7 skill, it's like comparing a MAX Malfunction and a level 1 smoke, then saying Malfunction is OP because it takes away too many stats at MAX, but smoke is fine because no one uses it at MAX; it really doesn't make sense.
