2v2 ban system (Full Version)

You all know how you get screwed pretty badly when you get a partner with only basic club so I have a suggestion...
Basically if there is a really bad player in a 2v2 then the others can vote to ban him from 2v2's for a certain amount of time (read further for duration)
The votes to ban last 12 battles and if 10 people vote to ban you then you cannot play 2v2 again until you win 7 1v1, non-NPC battles. Any person can vote to ban up to 10 people per day, and mods can vote as many times as they want
How does it sound?

Of course not, this can be abused.
Imagine the other players teaming up for voting YOU to be banned...

NEVER!!!!! It can be extremely abused, since if somebody does not like you because you use a certain class they can ban you from 2v2 and then you would be forced to play 1v1.

Also, if you don't like weak partners don't go on 2v2.
