Hmm, according to Rabble and NW, we may see new system being used for all future items which could be great to reduce the gap at last. Only 'issue' is players who are pay-to-win which shouldn't be an issue; first they moan prices are too high, now you don't have to pay yet have advantage and that's still bad. Although that's small minority and it fixes majority instead, in terms of balance as well which is way to go.
Practel summed it up great in ED Suggestions IIRC, you either pay Credits gained through hard work or get it easy way using Varium. I don't see much of a need for Varium advantage since new system could be applied for all future items so older items still have the advantage. But pay-to-win is poor argument since older equipment still has it and newer one costs more Credits and you can get it with Varium. If it benefits players on a large scale and improves many things, including balance which is important in ED, then argument of P2W can be as good as dismissed. To add to last sentence, that equipment also costs more Credits than the older one so it's harder to get it.

Otherwise, I'm liking the Armor. First Hybrid one, got it for Credits, and is better than my E/P Armors (+1 more defence and +5 more stats so it's like +9 more stats) which was worth it. Offers also helped me to get Varium to enhance the weapon so in reality, I spent $5 to enhance the Armor which is quite little when put into £s.

I still think the Brain is OP, needs a nerf >.> (or Charfade needs a buff). I mean, it's pretty tough...

Not sure if I have already done so, but I also appreciate the newest weapons pricing (the art job is cool too). If possible, can future weapons be sold by either 100% credits or 100% varium? The 20k credits difference between the normal and elite version is fairly significant, but considering that players may have either varium or credits and not both, the credit version is at a decent number at 35k, the varium version could be 1500 (or 1000 or 1250) and still have the same stats. Thoughts?

Oh, I also should add, varium spending players definitely have an advantage when it concerns enhancements.

My only problem with this update is the way the the lvl 35 credit Harbringer armors vanished with a couple hours of the update, which was in the middle of the night for me. [>:] Restock of the Harbringer armors please?

They already plan on doing so since release was at really inconvinient (sp?) time for everyone. :) I believe NW tweeted that earlier.

It is only the male armors. The female ones are still mostly stocked. I always noticed this when it came to limited rare armors for male and females. The male ones always sell out while the females never to. (well if they did I never seen it.)

I'm a tech mage, but bought the energy non var mace because it has good requirements
I beat the dragon brain on my first try, while using my 124hp support build with almost no defence
It was kinda easy

^ikr, I don't know what people are complaining about, I didn't even have to retrain to beat the boss, I just got it on the first try.
