Don't you think as the creators of this game that titan and nightwraith should be taking part in this game because for the three years i have been here at epicduel i have only seen them win 1000 battles. I just think theyneed to get more envolved with the players of epicduel like just pop in like every week and like to everyone and socialize with all the players.

Discuss your thoughts on this topic.

More time spent playing=less time developing and working on releases=delayed releases=upset community

Less time spent playing=upset community

Neither way do they win so they keep chugging along with releases so they have something for US to do rather than them occupy themselves with a game.

To add onto what ND said they play on Alts more then their mains.

Think of it this way Moderates get a lot of questions and things just because they are mods, I would love for a Mod to chime in and back me up on that, so imagine what it would be like if some random player saw Titan Nightwraith or Charfade in Battle. Maybe Rabble but I do not think he is as well known as the other three, same goes for Disturbed.

@frog Mind if I ask your job? If not would you like working all day and then just sticking around and dealing with the same thing you just got done with? I know when I worked at Burger King this past summer that when my time to clock out arrived that I spent as little extra time as possible there. I'd maybe stop long enough to get my free meal but that was about it. When you do something for 8+ hours a day you honestly don't feel like taking time out of your relaxing time to do the same thing you need a break from.

I think it's a great idea. A little face-time would go a long way.

@Nd well theirs a difference between a career and a job

Right then, firstly, locking this up, since this discussion is going no where other than flame city.

Now to explain it, NDMallet and OWA are very correct. The Developers are committed, and paid to work on the games for 8+ hours each day, Monday - Friday. Most weeks Titan or RabbleFroth end up working on a Saturday or Sunday to do one or two extra bits, and NightWraith/Char have a lot of long days during the week getting the art finished. At the end of working a full week on the game, going back to it and playing on it isn't always first on the agenda, it's nice to have time to relax, and spend time with families. At the same time, I know that after a lot of releases, Titan/NightWraith/Charfade/RabbleFroth pop on and talk to players for a good hour or so. Cinderella also logs in a lot and talks to the players on many occasions. Another thing, is that even when it doesn't seem like they are playing, as OWA said, they play on alts a lot. I know that if they do log in to actually play the game, it's on alts, why? Because it is virtually impossible for a Developer to log in and simply just play.

At the same time Moderators actively play the game and provide players with a path directly to the development of the game. Moderators are there to provide a figure that can assist you, whether it's in-game, over the forums or over twitter (twitter isn't recommended though). If you feel you want more contact with people who run the game, or help in the games making, then Moderators are the people who provide that bridge.

You also can attend any livestream session held, where you can directly talk/message the developers and gain answers to any questions you may have, aswell as getting to know us all as people :)

Just to clarify:
Developers make the game, they create the content that goes into it, and, of course, have the main say of what gets put in.
Moderators are the in-game player support team, they are there to aid you in issues, help when needed, they can be talked to about ideas (if they are willing to have that discussion), and they act as a bridge between players and developers.
