I was trailing this two for some shadow play but location was not friendly for a nice photo. I just trailed behind them as they talk.

PS: You can see my shadow!

Update - 1 Oct 17

So here is some backstory of what has been going on. I sold my Canon 70-200 F2.8 L, Sigma 18-35 F1.8 Art lens and some other stuff. I thought my Canon 7D needs a replacement. It's aging and what it produces may not be on par with what modern cameras has to offer. It is 2006 technology after all!

I bought Ricoh GR II. I wanted something small and compact. I am really dreading the heavy weight of camera equipment. This small cam could literally fit in any of my pockets. It is so small and convenient! Features are on par with any DSLR and the jpeg this tiny thing produces are superb! Quality of image it produces are so good that it barely needs any editing.

Let's see how this goes. More photos soon! :)

Quite a common scene to see buskers around these days. Seems like music is a way to earn a decent living without much stress.

I've been admiring your work from afar for a long time. Your dedication has not gone unnoticed!

I don't feel terribly qualified to talk about photography, but I enjoy the variety of subject matter and techniques in your work. You have a knack for showcasing cool architecture. "Helix Bridge and Marina Bay Sands" and "Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore" are some of my favorites in this department. This is going to sound a bit weird, but the latter of those two pieces reminds me of some of the gfx art that was popular around here back in the day. Specifically, it reminded me of this piece by Bramble. The building looks like an abstract C4D render and your treatment of the color and composition pulls it out of the realm of reality. Really cool.

I dig the more "slice of life" stuff and the tilt shift piece was really cool too, I just don't have any anecdotes to share for those! Ha!

Hey man! I just saw your comments. It has been a while I visited this gallery even though I try to keep the links updated. You might want to check my Instagram for the latest photos I took. d

I enjoy taking architectural shots. You have a lot of time to do, whereas genres like street photography or portraiture, you are limited to a set of time. It is either you capture it or you miss it. In Singapore, it always rains nearly all the time. The weather is as good as in UK. It is hard to do street photography. Hence my preference in landscape and architectural shots. I honestly felt the Helix Bridge and Marina Bay Sands is one of the most overrated shots in Singapore haha. Nearly everyone is taking it. I quite thought the cruise centre looked more of a lego structure to me. I am glad you like them haha :D

Oh, I have two projects that I did during my free time. Link to my Behance. Here is my latest work below:
