The contest will be in Omega. You need a golden ticket to participate. No details as of yet, but the Top 100 rankings will get a Golden Yeti.

Nothing new about uptates getting deleted....But even more disappointing is the only-var contest.I m worried of epic duel becoming another pay-to-enjoy game (like evry single other Artix game).Also the "limited time membership formula" looks horrible and its disappointing both for non varium and varium players.

[The Astral Fury] : Its a 30-day competition/contest/tournament in which the top 100 participants will receive an Ultra-Rare Golden Yeti. There will be an ongoing leaderboard showing the current rankings for the duration of the event. You need the Omega Ticket to enter the competition/contest/tournament.

another feature for Varium only players. tsk tsk. The GAP seems visible again. anyway, im one of the few players in this forums who have been optimistic that the devs will release omega today. (facepalm) i think i would have to leave this game after 3 long years of playing. so long ED. goodluck.

I don't have a problem with the release being delayed. I have a problem with people overestimating themselves. If they knew their limitations then they could have told us January from the start and no one would be disappointed.

^ agree with you there. i guess that was the issue that has been happening for about 3 years now. that's why some players decided to quit this game.

So it's a torumant in which you need the ticket to compete. So in the end the top 100 players get the yeti. But the top 100 players for what, do you have do win like 1000's of battles to stay on the leader board or something like that?

@ Kai it is a preorder for a promo so it is fair. Also remember Varium players are getting a massive nerf and non variums are getting a massive buff. Plus they did say there were some things that were going to be varium player only so this does quality for that.

@mother yeah your right. Not everyone can buy the 10k promo pack. (Actually i can, but no plans on buying). This tournament is supposed to be for everybody on my opinion. Every player can compete with anyone, even a non var can beat a fully enhance var players. So y not include non varium players on this tournament. But im still hoping the dev's will find in their heart to include non var players in this tournament. Like jugg battles, at first only available if you acquired GOLDEN SKULL CARD. then later, they include silver skull card.
