what if you had 2 block cores on the same weapon the percentage would be double so how about if they split the percentage so it wont be as powerful.

so both block cores would have decreased percentages.

I am non-recommending of passive luck cores dealing with BDC (block, deflect, critical) as a whole but if it is easy for Titan to make then they could be acceptable starter cores.

I just prefer passive cores were not luck-based OR stat-based... OK maybe slightly stat-based, but very small stats.

How'd you split those percentages? If you split it 50, 50, then what's the point of equipping 2 of them? Need details...

The cores would probably stack giving crazy boosts while many people have more than half of the max rates of happening.

Uh. so say you have two +2% block chance cores. equip two and it becomes two +1% block cores? interesting... xD

I think he means that if one adds 5%, and you equipped two of them. Instead of getting 10%, perhaps you get 8% or something like that.

But this won't be possible anyway. Weapons and Armors will have Passive and Active Core. Passive will be blocking and active will be, for example, FrostBite. So you cannot have 2 passive cores nor 2 active cores.*

* There was discussion from Devs about allowing Bots to have 2 the same cores but only Bots.

I agree with depressed,

I would prefer if cores didn't effect RNG in the first place (unless iderectly through increased stats)
Their are already 100s of players suggestions for cores that isn't effecting luck,
I think it would be better for balance and more creative if they chose those ideas.

IMO luck should be left alone to stats, therefore those who sacrifice stats into preferable luck rates get the advantage they sacrificed for rather then someone with a bunch of cores exploiting the possible oped combinations such as a spamming STR build with high crit chance or a low block chance due to cores.

Considering that enhancements are being removed, higher block, deflect, and critical chances will all be dropped down to a lower level. Even if you had, for say, 4 block cores at +2% each, it wouldn't be that much.
