Ok, I had to clear dozens of posts in this thread. As I said in the last thread, please keep all discussions on-topic. Discussions about the attractiveness of certain characters, or how fast an AK/Mod is at locking and creating new threads are NOT game-related and do not belong here.

It was a combination of weeks of no game mechanic updates and the X-boosts. Basicball had like 5 level 20's before they came out (meaning he spent like, around 200 hours leveling), and he got mad about how unbalanced Oversoul was becoming.
Plus that came around the same time as ED's Omega, and he got busy with that.

Well x boosts were the 1st artifacts and a major game mechanic and he quite because.

We are still in a development stage of the game, it should be normal that things won't turn out how we first expect. Of course, I understand how he must have felt spending all that time then that being thrown in your face. Still, that wouldn't stop me from playing.

Guys, has anyone seen a Poision Drake lately? I've spent literally all day hunting for one, and not a single sighting. I've had help from my Bat friend, and my paws are aching!

@cyber: I doubt Basic quit b/c of XP boosts. He probably quited because of the potential for people to get 490% XP. I cap should be placed, b/c that much XP is ridculous.

@leader: I'm hoping for change eventually.

@cyber: I think 147SGs is the miminal amount needed to get maximum XP boosts.

Actually to get 490% XBoost you just need 129 SG.

10x Lifetime Boost = 100SG + 29x 1 week bost = 29SG = 129SG for 490% XPBoost.

Actually all you need for 490% boost is 129 Soul Gems. Buy 10 Lifetimes, and 29 1 weeks.
jeez, I'm getting ninja'd all over the place XD

Yes, I saw a Drake quite recently, just 2 days ago, in fact. Him again! When I caught mine, I got a level 7 Founder Champion out of it, after 2 weeks of grinding. So yes, this can take a while. After that though, I saw PD like 5 more times.
Have hope!

Correction it's 129SGs, my bad.

@leader: I farmed Mino to 18+ and still no PD so I figured they went extinct.

Also I don't think everyone bought the maximum amount, some people just might have bought 10, 20 % etc.

@Beck - Give me strength! I've got a Level 10 Founder Champion, Level 6 Headless Horseman, Level 6 Burn Mage... and a few others just from this search! *yawns*

Where would you recommend I continue my quest? I've tried all 3 locations and no luck whatsoever at any.

@EpicCoconut - Hmm. Seems my suspicions may be true, if I am not the only one that thinks they too are extinct. No doubt an outcome of the heartless slaughter of innocent creatures since the arrival of the 'Great Fiend'.

I usually just farm in the bigger of the 2 Bottomless Pits, and that's where I found him 4 times. For a while, I farmed at the smaller one and found him there once, because of the map traveling glitch. So I can confirm personally that the Drake is found in both of the Bottomless Pits. And I think other Forumites have confirmed him to still be at the Rocky Pass.
I'd stick to the bigger pit, and just try not to think too hard about that Drake. Hopefully you'll get him before you reach the 2000 battles mark :)
