You should be able to do the following from the upgrade shop:
~ Change your build.
~ Claim Achievements.
~ Appraise your inventory.

This is a convenience thing. It takes a long time to go to an NPC to change your build and it can take awhile to get to a VendBot to grab a cheevo. You don't appraise your inventory very often, but when you do itll be nice to have there, because I don't even know what NPCs can appraise your inventory.

^ Thanks, but I wasnt asking for help. I was saying I don't know which NPCs can appraise your inventory to help prove my point.
