A new wep, whatever you want it to be and whatever the name or design
comes with a passive and active core:
Passive: You get first strike if the enemy has above 120 support
Active: Debuffs the opponent's support for 3 turns. Forumla is (Their support)-(Their support/4)%. So the more support they have the more it is debuffed? Only focused to one stat, so not OP. Besides OP is relative and when you look at Azrael... xD

We already have a weapon to counter support in the form of the delta weapons, and even the armor which inflicts curse.

And also only 13% so it isnt really a counter since you cant use it whenever you want.
