bonus stat from weapons and armors don't work on Stat requirement on skills? how is this possible?

The stat requirements on skills all depend on your base stat points you invested in. That means it does not count the bonuses from stat modifiers from your equipments. Locking this up as well, as this seems more like a question than a suggestion. Please post all future questions related to ED in-game in EpicDuel Q&A section instead.
