Welcome everyone to the First PvP Elemental Tournament! Click here to see the raw chart and here to see the chart showing who exactly will you be facing off against. Use this thread to discuss how the tournament is going, opinions and thoughts on what you want to see improved in the concept, discuss and coordinate the duels with your direct opponent. But first read the information and rules below!
GENERAL TOURNAMENT RULES AND GUIDELINES
PvP bracket elimination tournament. Duel invitation only. Meaning that each player will have to challenge each other via the "Duel" option for each fight, one after the other.
Best of six matches advances to the next stage. If after six matches the score is tied, the duels will continue until one of the two players pulls ahead.
Duelists must use only characters of the element the tournament`s theme is. This tournament`s element is ICE.
No level restrictions. Duelists can use any level character. (Disclaimer: Participating in the tournament could mean having to face a level 20 opponent, so be prepared!).
No card customization restrictions. Duelists can use any CC cards they have at their disposal.
Please link to a screenshot showing you winning a duel (Read this if you don`t know how to take a screenshot and upload it to a site). The only time screenshots are not needed is when both opponent recognize the victor between them. But it`s wise to take a screenshot of your every win, since there might be non-sportsmanship behavior.
There is a 48 hour time frame for the duelists to show up and fight (based on the time stamp of the thread`s first post). Failing to do this, one or both can be disqualified from the tournament, any remaining duelist of the two advancing to the next stage by default.
All Artix Entertainment Forum Rules and Oversoul General Discussion Forum Rules apply in the tournament forum threads. This means no cheating accusation on the forums! If you feel like your opponent is cheating, please use the "Report" ingame function.
Since this is a Forum Based Tournament, the winner will not be getting any recognition or perks ingame! Just bragging right on the forum. :-)
Since there are twenty duelists participating in this tournament, not everyone will be fighting from the get go. Check the chart to see if you have a match in the first round or if you have to wait for round two. All the numbers are randomly generated as you can see here. All I had to do was to input the names based on the sign-up position (as in Mondez being the first and DracoLord-Aliesterus being the twentieth to signup).
