why dont whe lower low lvl npc heal power why is it that whe have to but heal on 4 to heal same much as oz or exile soldier lvl 3 Or just change some mission lvl recuierment cuz access denied mission is impossible for a lvl 7 change it to 9 cuz oz is impossible for that low lvl due to 29 heal and low energy recuierment if ur gona say lvl well than i dont care cousin rages so much XD
